Staff is very helpful and friendly. They make sure you are comfortable and that all your questions are answered. Dr. Davis was great. He explained everything that I should expect during and after the procedure. He really does have a genuine care for his patients. The procedure goes by quick and easy. I had my follow up today and my vision is already 20/15. Everything was so worth it and I am glad that I made the decision to have lasik here.
My experience at Whiting Clinic was amazing! Everything is so well organized and they take the time to answer all of your questions. To be honest when I went in for my consult I didn’t think that I would actually have the lasik surgery. They impressed me so much that that I made an appointment for two weeks later! The staff is very friendly and customer service oriented. The initial visit was very informative and answered every question I had, and encouraged me to call with additional questions. I did call a few times prior to my procedure, and my phone calls were answered right away, and questions answered completely. On the day of my procedure, I was extremely nervous. The staff at Whiting Clinic are so wonderful and helpful! I had my Lasik done on Friday and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The staff walked me through everything that was going to happen and what to expect afterwards. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone thinking about getting Lasik!
