I have shopped here since they opened, exceptional cutomer service. Employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. Today I lost some keys, I had been to 3 different stores so I had no idea where the loss occured. I called all 3 stores to see if they had been turned in, the first 2 just said no keys had been turned in and hung up. Wild Bill's was the only one that offered to check the store and parking lot for them. That is good ole customer service that you seldom find anymore. Wild Bill's has it. Great atmosphere, selection, and staff. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Which are fairly priced and of good quality. I let the gorgeous sales woman talk me into getting the RYOT Destroyer case, and I am really glad I did. It's already paid for itself by saving my rig from a 4' fall.
