I was sold and inferior product for a specific use, I was advised the product would receive 14-day return in-house. When I brought the product back only five days later I was advised that the 14 days would not be honored because the product was used for its specific intended purpose. Without having used the product for its specific intended purpose there was no way to determine that the product was inferior, nor was there any way to discover that it would fail in short order. I bought a broken rolo badge at wild bills-I brought into the store & the man told me it was completely dead (I have charged it with multiple chargers for hrs at a time before this) so now I’m thinking okay great we found the problem! Rude staff!! Too many vape shops in the Lansing area with outstanding and friendly staff to waste our time here!!
I come here at least once a week for a cigar and relaxation. today I bought a San cristobal Xxl lit it and the cigar started to fall apart. Told the employee. He went and checked the box. Said that all cigars in the box was hard and the boxes around it was fine. Agreed the box was bad. And refused to give me a exchange, because it was already lit. Poor customer service. I will not be back again.
Just didn't appreciate the customer service. Not friendly.
