Service was great as usual. Thanks to Nancy for getting the car in on short notice and Cindy for the ride home an Howard took car of me when I picked up th car at 5:20.

These guys are great! My brand new, Pep Boys brakes were pulling. I brought it back to Pep Boys FIVE times to try to fix the problem and every time it was something other than the brakes that were causing it to pull. So, $1000.00 later in steering components the truck was STILL PULLING! I brought the truck to Wilhelm one time. They were so confident that the brakes were bad he said that if they replaced them and the truck still pulled there would NOT be a charge for them! Well... I paid them. :)
Went through them with MPP warranty and the entire experience was just absolutely astonishing. I asked for a diag for a blown head gasket and front axel and they only diag the blown gasket and send the info then I remind then of the axel and they do it but try to charge me an entire other diag for it, I complain to them about it and the store manager Richard scoffed at my mother and said "you guys aren't even paying for this the warranty is" what does that matter? And they were upset that we didnt want to pay 800$ to replace... read more
didn't inspect anything. has bad leaky front shocks/struts, ripped cv boots and warped rotors.
