These guys are AMAZING!!!
These guys are great! My brand new, Pep Boys brakes were pulling. I brought it back to Pep Boys FIVE times to try to fix the problem and every time it was something other than the brakes that were causing it to pull. So, $1000.00 later in steering components the truck was STILL PULLING! I brought the truck to Wilhelm one time. They were so confident that the brakes were bad he said that if they replaced them and the truck still pulled there would NOT be a charge for them! Well... I paid them. :)
I told the man at the counter I just wanted an oil change and nothing else. It was an 8:00 appointment. I arrived early. He said they do a courtesy inspection. I refused it, and said I just wanted the oil change. He said it was their policy to do one. I repeated I just wanted the oil change.I waited 3/4 of an hour before they even took it into the shop. Extremely disappointed The reason I bright the truck in is not fixed and they broke my dash inside my vehicle and they didn't replace it fix They had my truck for 4 months no communication unless I called them very unprofessional workers and I'm very disgusted at the fact my truck is still broken 8400.00 dollars later

Went through them with MPP warranty and the entire experience was just absolutely astonishing. I asked for a diag for a blown head gasket and front axel and they only diag the blown gasket and send the info then I remind then of the axel and they do it but try to charge me an entire other diag for it, I complain to them about it and the store manager Richard scoffed at my mother and said "you guys aren't even paying for this the warranty is" what does that matter? And they were upset that we didnt want to pay 800$ to replace... read more
