Dr. Sonstein performed a spinal fusion on me 9 years ago. I returned to him with an unrelated problem in my neck. He is thorough, responsive and reassuring, just like I remember.
Dr. Sonstein immediately put me ease. He had me do strength tests. Then he showed me my MRIs and explained in detail but terms that I could easily understand the difference between one side of my neck than the other. Very comfortable and informative consultation. Dr. Sonstein examined me and went through my mri with me and explained everything and answered all my questions.
Dr. Sonstein is a professional, warm person and doctor. I went to him for a consultation. He explained my condition clearly using my MRI to show me my condition. He made it easy to understand. Dr. Sonstein is straightforward, kind. He listened with compassion which was encouraging. I cannot say enough about him.
My appointment went well. Theresa, is on the doctors front line and she was wonderful. Once I sat down with Dr Sonstein, he explained my condition in an easy to understand way and gave me options. It was the most informative doctors appointment I had regarding my back pain in years.
