Didn’t have to wait which was great! Theresa is fantastic and Dr. Sonstein took plenty time discussing my problem. Very impressed with this office. I highly recommend Dr. Sonstein!
I saw Dr Sonstein in consultation. The appointment was easy to make, the staff helpful and efficient. Dr Sonstein reviewed my records prior to the visit and so was already familiar with my case. The history taking and exam were both thorough, not rushed or perfunctory. We then went through my MRIs and x-rays on his desktop. He gave me a clear analysis and algorithm for how to proceed. I left feeling understood, hopeful and much more knowledgeable. He has a great bedside manner and induces confidence.
I am a long time patient of Dr William Sonstein and I have only positive things to say about him. He is professional, yet warm - knowledgeable, yet easy to understand - straightforward, yet kind. My initial consultation with Dr. Sonstein was a particularly positive experience. Staff was friendly and organized. The doctor saw me right on schedule. I wasn’t rushed and was able to fully explain history and location of my pain and help doctor gain some insight. After physical exam Dr. pulled up my mri explaining location and cause of nerve pain. I came to see Dr. Sonstein for an answer for my pain. He took his timeand explained and showed each detail of my MRI's. Although my pain cannot be explained I left more knowledgeable. If there was any procedure that could be done I would want him to do it.
