awesome online communication Due to COVID 19, it may it difficult to connect with many agencies but Bill made the process smooth by staying in contact with me and giving me the latest updates on my refinance application. Refi with Bill Jones Bill and I started working together about a year and a half before my refi. I had a late payment on my current mortgage and had to wait a year to move forward. Even with all the hurdles from Covid 19, Bill Jones made it a good experience. We returned to Top Flite Financial to lower our mortgage interest rate. Bill Jones handled our application in a professional and efficient manner. He provided us with several options based on our need. The process took longer than originally planned due to Covid 19, but Bill was able to lower our interest rate even more during the delay.
