Top notch loan officer Bill Jones and Kelsey Adams did a tremendous job on my refinance. Mine was a little bit in the difficult side due to my lower than average credit score but the two of them worked tirelessly for about four months to be able to get me approved. They provided constant communication with me with any information that I needed to provide and answered any questions I had very quickly. Great experience and super quick I applied online through a site that got me multiple rates and calls. Billy called and was super nice and knowledgeable. I talked to multiple people and he was the easiest to deal with by far. He answered all my questions and right under 40 days start to finish I was done. He seemed to be honest and upfront about everything.
