Bad experience right from the start, very poor and rude customer service. The expensive wood floor we bought started chipping 6 months in and it took us 3 months to get a return phone call. A few boards were replaced and shortly after chipped again. There is also a haze that will not go away even though I follow cleaning instruction to a tee.
