Dan and his team are truly the best. We came to him last fall with no idea on how to get a mortgage, how much house we could afford, or even what neighborhood we wanted. My husband and I bought our first house in January through Dan and he still answers any home-owning questions we have!! It's amazing to have a realtor who really cares and wants to find you the best home on the market for your money. We had some plumbing issues right after we closed and Dan was right there with advice and recommendations. I cannot put a price tag on the knowledge and peace of mind Dan gave us throughout the home buying journey.
