Bought a house from out of state. The home is beautiful but it is not fit to live in. It is two years old and is so infested with mice there are hundreds in the walls. The house was given to us a week late due to the appraisal being done late, the house was also given to us in a filthy condition. It smelled and took over a week to clean and in that time I discovered just what an army of mice live in the home. I will probably have to move in with my parents and leave the home abandoned because it is not fit to live in. ... read more
