I have used other garage door companies around Knoxville; however, I have never received the attentive and friendly customer service that I receive when visiting Williams Door Company. I purchased [5] Clopay garage doors approx. 8yrs ago and they made my garage door selection seem somewhat easy. Their computer system keeps up with all my Clopay garage door details. I had a broken spring on my garage door this morning and my car was trapped in the garage. I called my neighbor to run my children to school. And she told me, don't call anyone but WILLIAMS DOOR COMPANY! They are the best in Farragut and have the best price. So, I called Williams at 8:30am by 10:15am a service technician was knocking on my door.
