Our experience with Williams Door Company was phenomenal from day 1. Our time in the show room working with Amy was great. She took her time with us and showed us lots of patience while we selected our doors. The day before installation they called to confirm they were coming the following day. It was a simple repair, actually not even a repair. The technician showed us the problem and how to solve it. The track mechanism needed to be unlocked. He unlocked the door and showed us how to fix it if it happens again. He also did a safety check and showed us how to prevent future problems. We give him an A+.

I have used other garage door companies around Knoxville; however, I have never received the attentive and friendly customer service that I receive when visiting Williams Door Company. I purchased [5] Clopay garage doors approx. 8yrs ago and they made my garage door selection seem somewhat easy. Their computer system keeps up with all my Clopay garage door details.
