Dr. Williams was very understanding and compassionate regarding a patient care issue that he was not directly responsible for. He showed empathy, explained the situation clearly, and offered his time and assistance in resolving the problem. His Collierville staff was also very compassionate and helpful in promptly arranging the needed follow-up. Dr Williams demonstrated his genuine concern for the feelings of this patient, and whose professional was truly exceptional.
This is one of the most highly skilled and professional staffs with which I have had an encounter. Every member of the team is friendly and expresses concern regarding how you feel and your overall physical well-being. The staff made a specific effort to get me in for an extraction within a week of my tooth breaking off at the gum line. Though I was warned in advance that I might have to wait after my scheduled arrival time of 2:30 pm, given that I was being fitted into an existing full schedule of appointments, I was in the chair at 2:45 and out of the chair after treatment by about 3:20. All personnel were friendly thus putting patient at ease. All personnel associted with my procedure were very professional. Facility was exceptionally clean and orderly.
Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Williams told me everything I needed to know and I didn't have to ask him a single question. I just clarified. It was wonderful.
