I thought Dr. Williams was professional in that he explained the possible complications that might arise in a thoughtful and clear fashion: crisp and to the point. The office staff was, well, marvelous. Could not be nicer. I would recommend Dr. Williams in a heartbeat!t.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Doctor Williams explained everything in detail in language that I understood. The receptionist followed up with a phone call about my limited insurance. She also explained various payment options. Unfortunately, my insurance would not cover any of the implant costs so I will need to reconsider have the procedure performed.
