Full disclosure, our installation was not without it’s issues, but the management team at WS worked with us to correct and satisfy us and we certainly ended up with a beautiful product. While I’d like to think some of the problems could’ve been avoided, I appreciate how they came at them and stuck with it until it was right. I’d use them again.

They took care of a previously improperly installed insert ( by another company) and installed exactly what we wanted. The technicians were knowledgeable and on time. We were very pleased and recommend them.

William Smith Fireplaces does the best job in the Charleston Market. It is the only fireplace company I will do business with.
They came in and I staled my fireplace in a reasonable amount of time I am for what they said they would do it for.
