Have a fireplace burner that isn’t working. After communicating with the WilliamSmith Fireplaces by text, they gave me a call. Unfortunately, they had no interest in helping to resolve the situation. Maintenance service was completed in a professional manner but the wait for service in the Mt Pleasant area was excessive. Also, despite multiple requests, it was impossible to obtain a reasonably detailed account of what services were completed by the technician--invoices simply list "diagnostic and repair" so that one has no record of what parts actually needed servicing. For $200, I felt that a bit more detail was warranted.

We did a complete remodel on our home which included updating our fireplaces. Stan went above and beyond in assisting us from design to installation and very thoroughly explaining how to work everything! Such a great guy! Would definitely call again.

Excellent service from Jeremy who came out to perform maintenance and cleaning for us. Checked out lines and valves, got everything working properly. Very respectful of property, took his shoes off coming in the house and cleaned up without leaving any smudge. Highly recommend.

Extremely difficult to do business with. The ladies answering the phone do not understand the different types of fireplaces and seem to have a very strict regimen of responses. If you don't fit their script they cannot help you. The service manager I spoke with continuously spoke over me on the phone. They offered no help, even when I asked if I could enlist their services. They didn't seem to want my business. I wouldn't recommend them, took way too much of my time and energy to get nothing out of it in return.
