After being given wrong or misleading information at every step along the way; from salespeople who didn’t understand their industry and it’s guidelines, to installers who seemed indifferent to the property they work on or the final fit of their installation, we finally had to pull the plug on this company. Good luck should you choose to use these guys.
After over three plus months and several phone calls made to this company we finally have a fireplace! We should have known this job might be a problem when the sales person sold us the wrong size logs for the fireplace that they were installing! The fireplace hood was defective, making the unit off center ...this took several phone calls to finally rectify! The mantle which they did take back was not what we ordered!!
