The fireplace repairman came on time. They were very quick and professional and fix my gas fireplace perfectly. I'm very pleased with the work that was done.
Very timely and clean. Solved the issue with our fireplace and also gave good advice about future needs without trying to upsell me.
Showed up on time, gave valuable information and didn't give me anything I didn't need.
The technicians were friendly and helpful. Took the time to save us on a part that they figured out we didn't actually need after finding some bent wires that just needed taping. Stayed for 15 minutes to make sure it was working properly.
I wanted to remove a Buck Stove and convert an unfinished fireplace to gas logs. The folks at WilliamSmith guided me thru the whole process. They provided the logs and he gas hook-up, and guided me in my search for other providers who did other work to complete the conversion. It's all done, and we have an attractive and warming fire at the touch of a button.
