RecommendedWant to give a huge shout out to Dr.Smith! He has gone above & beyond for us not once but 3 times so far! When my senior lab fell ill over night he was a phone call away. Unfortunately she had cancer & had to be put down the next day. He was there for my kitty after she tore her stitches out after being spayed. She was in his care for 4 days. RecommendedOur Baby Girl Boxer, Gidget, had gotten to the ripe "ancient" age of 14. She had DM (Degenerative myelopathy) and was having good days and bad days. Then she took a nose dive last Firday. RecommendedOur dog has been to multiple vets over the last 2.5 weeks. Dr. Smith and his team have shown more compassion and kindness than any other office we have gone to. Despite a million tears and phone calls, he and his staff have maintained their positive attitude and can do spirit. RecommendedOur pup woke up with a bad case of conjunctivitis and needed to be seen for a prescription. Willow Animal Hospital fit us in when our normal vet could not and we saw Dr. Ballou. She and her tech Katelyn (sorry if I've misspelled that) were so lovely with Allie!
