RecommendedDr. Kent and all the other staff are amazing! I had to put my Pug down and just the way everything was done made a huge difference. It was calm and peaceful and they cared. I will definitely be going back, and it was also very affordable which for the area is surprising. I am so very thankful for the whole team at Willow Animal Hosptial and I will definitely be back with my other animals. Thank you so much!
RecommendedMy Babies are very well cared for here at Willow. I am truly blessed by the doctors and staff here. My dog has had two lumps. I took my baby to Willow and within minutes and slides processed we found out it was cancer. On another note my other dog has had a Fishy smell. I thought it was allergies or something other than anal glades because previous vet told me so. Nope it was anal glades and I’m so happy we were able to deal with it. RecommendedDr. Smith’s care and compassion extends not just to the animals but to the pet parents as well. It’s not just a visit to the vet but he teaches you along the way to care for your pet. His emphasis is on the pets’ health and wellness. He has saved my cat’s life and I’m forever grateful. He is truly the best and if you are looking for a vet and awesome staff, the search is over. RecommendedWe switched to Willow Animal Hospital based on the reviews. Today our oldest pup Cocoa had her first appointment. We were met with the kindest front office staff. The exam rooms are large with plenty of room for animals to feel comfortable. We had a great vet assistant who was patient with a very nervous Cocoa. RecommendedJust took my 2 dogs over the Willow Animal Hospital now that it is open. I was welcome by the team right away. We decided to switch because our older dog does not travel well and they are now a lot closer. 2 min drive. We saw Dr. Ballou and she was great. She was interactive with both our dogs and was asking a lot of questions since it was our first time there. She seems to really care about the pets there and I can’t wait to see what else they have coming to the clinic. Jesse and Loki loved seeing her!

RecommendedMy husband first met Dr. Smith at Med Vet with one of our dogs. Due to his temperament, he is a DIFFICULT patient to deal with, and he was extremely impressed with the care he provided him. RecommendedWe love Dr. Smith and have been a huge fan ever since he saved our golden from a poisonous snake bite years ago. We were overseas on vacation when it happened, and Dr. Smith was very patient with us making decisions from afar and through friends and family members who visited the dog. Since 2017, we haven’t seen another vet, and can’t wait for Willow to open.
RecommendedDr. Smith is a one of a kind veterinarian. He has cared for several of our animals and has been so compassionate when the end of life is inevitable. I can’t imagine using any other Vet.
RecommendedWe have been with Dr. Kent Smith for many years!!! Compassionate, kind , sensitive. He truly cares for each and every animal that he sees and seeks the best care possible for them. His is very knowledgeable but if he doesn’t have an answer, he will seek help from others until he has the answer. Only vet I will trust with my fur babies. We love him.
