If I could leave a zero star I WOULD. The loan consultant I spoke to was so rude and unprofessional. I contacted them to get information on their three-bedroom homes due to their website, not showing the rental prices when I got on the phone with a young lady. She did not know the necessary information of the prices of each models. She was very impatient. WARNING: DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I can't stress enough how horrible our experience with Renters Warehouse has been since they took over in February. Communication is a major issue – emails and calls are completely ignored, and when you do hear back, it's just a generic, unhelpful response that never addresses your concerns. Their level of professionalism and respect for tenants is absolutely non-existent.
