Communication is a major issue – emails and calls are completely ignored, and when you do hear back, it's just a generic, unhelpful response that never addresses your concerns. Got a notification on my home camera above my garage of a few unexpected people showing up to my home. On my doorbell camera, you see clearly from start to finish of a man (no uniform, just regular civilian clothing) walking to my door (while another dude is standing in the back), put his ear on my door, grabbed my doorknob and started to shake my door to gain access. If I could leave a zero star I WOULD. The loan consultant I spoke to was so rude and unprofessional. I contacted them to get information on their three-bedroom homes due to their website, not showing the rental prices when I got on the phone with a young lady. She did not know the necessary information of the prices of each models. She was very impatient. Terrible experience with this property and the new management company, Renter’s Warehouse – unresponsive, unprofessional, and neglectful. I’ve been living here for six months and never had any complaints—until the new management took over. That alone should tell you something. I’ve even seen other tenants who’ve been here longer start to speak up, which shows how badly things are going now. Living in Willow at Sierra Vista has been a phenomenal experience! Customer service from the start, was one of our main reasonings for renting here. They were always willing to help resolve any maintenance issues super promptly and were always helpful with any needs! Also, these homes are so new!
