Always high-quality customer service. All the staff is very friendly, professional, and always takes the time to answer all my questions. I have never had to wait very long, and they always make sure I experience very minimal discomfort. Today I got a crown replaced, and I had no anxiety because I knew, from past experience, I was in good hands. I couldn't recommend them more.

Clean, Bright, Polished! When I made the appointment using a Delta Dental online directory as a new resident in Chico, I had the wrong address (apparently, one that was five years old) on East Avenue rather than on the Esplanade. Nonetheless, with a last-minute phone call, my appointment at 8 A.M. was still accommodated, even though I was somewhat late. I had forgotten to update their address when I made the appointment.
