All staff great...............always satisfied. Never have to wait long. They listen to my concerns and respond appropriately.
Great dental team I love the team and everyone's so friendly. I don't love that my insurance won't cover everything but paying a bit out of pocket is worth it to get great service. I highly recommend Dr Muff and his team!

High quality service, I always feel like Dr. Muff and his staff go above and beyond what is expected. I came in to have a crown put on a cracked tooth. I was a little nervous about the procedure, and was not excited to need a second appointment to actually receive the crown ( I don't live in Chico). Thankfully, I was able to leave with the new crown in place after this one appointment, and I didn't feel a thing! New to town - so happy to find this practice A friend referred me and I have been really impressed with their professionalism, starting with my first phone call. They were able to get me in the same week for an exam, and a filling. X-rays, very thorough explanation of everything, and a good comprehensive plan moving forward. I know I'll be seeing a lot of them in the next few months, and I'm looking forward to being in their expert care and supportive environment.
