Great staff. Professional, friendly and prompt. Staff was professional, efficient and friendly. Great dental equipment. Appeared to be the latest in x-ray equipment. Dr. was friendly and explained as well as showed me the issues we needed to deal with. Dr. & staff developed a plan to handle the issues we need to deal with. Dr. Muff fixed my tooth with a filling avoiding having to have a crown at this time. The crown currently on that tooth is less than 5 years old and our insurance wouldn't cover a new one until 5 years has past. In another year Dr. Muff will replace it with a new one, but in the meantime it will hold for another year. I was charged on $36 for this appointment and was very satisfied with the way he gently took care of it.

Just the best! The service is the best at Willow Creek Dentistry. I should know: I've been to a lot of dentists as I try to take the best care of my teeth. Everyone there has a smile and a friendly word to offer. And I feel that I'm being well taken care of: from the dentist to the hygienist to the dental techs to the receptionist, I feel that everyone of them has my interest at heart. Fast help, gentle care. Called in with a painful mouth and was added into schedule. Very gentle hands helped with very painful abscess. Feeling fortunate the Muff team is my dentist.
Very professional, comfortable, and friendly Dr. Muff and his staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease during my appointment. In addition, I always feel the the work done is the very best quality and care.
Was seen immediately, barely had sat down. Loved the employees who were very amiable and efficient. Everything went like clockwork and I think I was out of the office in less than 30 minutes. Couldn't be more pleased with the staff! Dr. Mike was also very congenial and made a very good first impression .
