Truly wonderful place. Not brand new units but still really nice and comfy, and also, great pricing for a beautiful neighborhood. On top of that the management team are rock stars. Super kind and quick to respond. They also have a bunch of locations around Tampa in their portfolio so you can for sure find the right spot for you. 100% recommend!
The community is well kept. I have only ever had pleasant interactions with staff, managers and neighbors. Located in a great spot in West Tampa. Already looking forward to staying another year. The McKinley manager for willow flatts Jason Grooms is the friendliest fellow and has been nothing but helpful!! Edit- the community is great until your AC stops working. would give negative stars if i could. the property is messy/unkept with rodents frequently seen running around the outside, dead trees left rotting, and abandoned vehicles just sitting around. interiors are not much better - i was unable to use my shower for the first week due to it not being ready and the air conditioner has been broken for over a year with zero willingness for it to be replaced. on top of all this, there are two washer/dryers each and you can almost guarantee that one of them will always be broken. the nei... read more
I have to say since Shannon start working for the apartments there’s a big change. She always make sure your issues are resolved and she make sure she calls back I’m very happy Shannon is the office now!! Thank you Shannon for helping me out with ally apartment issues. ♥️♥️
Water bill is ridiculous here, steady over $100 for a 2 bedroom 1 bath. Maintenance guys are useless, Grill never has propane, and there’s dog poop everywhere. There’s a “dog park” , a pit filled with mulch and mud they water 3x a day. All buildings are termite infested and poorly built. Besides that it’s a very visual appealing apt complex.
