Living at Willow Flats has been a positive experience, and one of the highlights was having Jomar Feliciano as part of the maintenance team. He was always professional, friendly, and efficient. WARNING! they use a third party billing company so they can charge you more money. I look up the company and they have lawsuit for overcharging customers and as you can see other tenants has had the same experience. You get what you paid for but it won’t be here, pest control is out hand, small rooms.
Truly wonderful place. Not brand new units but still really nice and comfy, and also, great pricing for a beautiful neighborhood. On top of that the management team are rock stars. Super kind and quick to respond. They also have a bunch of locations around Tampa in their portfolio so you can for sure find the right spot for you. 100% recommend!
Be careful with this place! They dont tell you all the payment and charges upfront. You will pay for about everything so don’t let the rent prices fool you.
The community is well kept. I have only ever had pleasant interactions with staff, managers and neighbors. Located in a great spot in West Tampa. Already looking forward to staying another year. The McKinley manager for willow flatts Jason Grooms is the friendliest fellow and has been nothing but helpful!! Edit- the community is great until your AC stops working.
