Finding Willow Tree RV Resort we thought was a blessing. We have spent many weekends there and have had a lot of fun. The Only thing about Willow Tree resort is the Management and its Policies. They are not the friendliest group of people. I just suffered a recent double tragedy in our family. My father had a stroke which left him paralyzed and we had to move my Mother-in-law in to my home to take care of her for her last few days on this earth. All of this happened in one week. You have a great campground, but your cancellation policy needs work. Emergencies do arise - and not 2 weeks in advance. These should be taken into account. Campgrounds that understand this and are willing to work with you get my business.
