well we were really excited to spend a week here .... however the manager Melanie was.... odd to say the least.. when we first got there everything seemed very normal but it was far from that..... they charged up twice for one stay and did not decided to tell us this until we went to the office to check out... so that's definitely not okay. Melanie also told me that I would not be able to buy any fire wood from them even though I saw it sitting right there plenty of it!!!! We had a really bad experience. went a few weeks ago to camp with family and had problems with the staff. The campground is nice but the staff is unprofessional
Willow tree review We planned and booked with Willow Tree in June of 2021 for August 13th-21st (8 nights). I called and booked the reservation but never received a confirmation email. I called in July to confirm we have our reservations and was told yes. We arrived Friday August 13th and I went to check in. They couldn’t find my name or any information on our reservations. extremely rude ant infestation would not fix the problem and refused any help at all. bad business and poor customers service
Bad management can ruin a properties reputation. My experience is that bad decisions and staff actions and attidude comes from all the way at the top. Threatening to call the police on a local while they are complying to leave is a monumental and epic failure on any level of customer relation.
Customer service here is terrible ! Take your money and run . Definitely do NOT recommend !

if you like ants in your rv you will love this place .... they are ready at a moments notice to charge you 15.00 for a pack of ant bait .. no help there and as soon as u ask for owners number they will kick you out... no thnx a resort should have maintenance ready to resolve insect issues instead they take your money and kick you out ... BEWARE
