Dr. Pickens is extremely thorough and always goes the extra step to deal with my various eye issues. In fact, he called me last week to follow up and offer additional suggestions. That doesn't happen very often in today's health care community so kudos to him and his team!

All the staff are cheerful and considerate, and Dr. Pickens always explains what is going on with my eyes in a clear manner, including pictures, so that I can understand.

The doctors here are very knowledgable, considerate and thorough. The wait is a bit long considering dilation, etc., but it's well worth it for the patients are treated very well.
