Michael let me test drive as many cars as I wanted, and once I settled on one, they didn't have it in stock, but they got one for me within a couple of days. Great service, no pressure, and I will definitely go back to them in the future.

"There was a problem with our current title, apparently..." There was a problem with our current title, apparently title was not accurately entered into CarMax site, they worked w/us trying to get this sitatuion corrected . . .they were very helpfull, patient and friendly . . . we were very impressed with the employees we dealth with. Quite pleased with our experience with the dealership.

There was no pressure or "upselling." Everyone was friendly and helpful. Ryan was very knowledgeable and helpful and provided the exact car I was looking for. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. It was worth driving 50 miles to get there from where I live.

Ryan explained all the features of the car and answered our questions quickly and thoroughly.We discussed the financial aspects and came up with a deal that we felt was very fair.
