You get slammed right off the bat with sales people pushing you to buy something they get the best commission on. This is not the case here. Troy worked with me to decide what I wanted, never pressuring me to buy the most expensive car. The negotiation process was smooth and simple. Finance gave me some great options. I am now driving a brand new car and it was so simple.
