"New Car Purchase." My 1st new car purchase in thirty years. The car design, engineering, workmanship, fit and finish are excellent. The dealership staff were informative, professional and friendly. I'm thoroughly satisfied with my new car purchase and the process with the dealership. I would recommend this product and dealership to anyone. Thanks to Rob Crockett and everyone else that answered my questions and assisted me.
"Outstanding Treatment" Service Manager Randy Jackson has helped me with car maintenance for years and he steered me to the Elantra. Andrew Lacey was very helpful in offering me a fair price for my trade-in and the new car.
"Great Experience" I was extremely pleased that the salesperson I dealt with listened exactly to what I was looking for, the fact that I was working within a budget and didn't try to up sell any features. It was a great experience dealing with all the staff I came in contact with. I would highly recommend Wilson County Hyundai.
"Frost Veloster purchase review" Great experience shopping and buying at Wilson County Hyundai. Shelby was great as well as the other staff at the dealership. We will definitely be recommending the dealership to others and plan to be return buyers in the future.
"Great Experience" I had a great experience when we recently purchased our Hyundai Elantra. I had previously spoken to a sales person on the phone. He had the car ready for a test drive when I arrived at the dealership. He wasn't pushy or aggressive to up-sell me in any way. I would do business here again.
"Exceptional experience" Rob Crockett was great to deal with. Purchasing a vehicle is usually a task, Rob made the process pleasant. I will refer Wilson County Motors to friends.
"No pressure experience" Would loved to have more for my trade, but salesman was very kind, patient and no high pressure which is hard to find in car sales.
"Very happy customer" We went in to look at the various models to compare to other vehicles from other dealerships. Rob Crocket took the time to show us several vehicles even though he knew we would not be buying a car for awhile. We ended choosing the 2017 Santa Fe because we felt it gave us everything we wanted along with a very good price. When it was time to buy we made sure we contacted Rob again to finalize the deal.
