"Above and beyond " My girlfriend and I decided to upgrade her 2013 Elantra to a 2017... We had gone to the Hyundai dealer in cools springs first because that's where they had the car she wanted. They were horrible to us plain rude. We had just come off of work so we weren't dressed great and we are young so they figured it was a waste of time because they wouldn't make any money.. "Tire Repair" My car had a low tire symbol on the dash this morning. I drove to Wilson County Hyundai to have it checked. They found a nail in the right rear tire, removed the nail, repaired the tire and inflated all tires to 35 PSI with Nitrogen. I could not have had better service. The Service Manager is always very nice, tries to make you feel comfortable, offers coffee, water, etc. They are quick, efficient and very friendly. If I purchase a new vehicle, it will be a Hyundai from Wilson County Hyundai.
"Great service" Rob lead me to the right car I was looking for and didn't push me into something I did not want or couldn't afford. Had actually took time to have a discussion with me and got to know me as a person instead of talking about the car the whole time I was there, It made me feel welcomed and that I wasn't being pushed. Absolutely recommend Rob on his salesmanship and professionalism but also a very good guy to just talk to.
"they give excellent service & are friendly" I take my ford ranger truck and my Nissan maxima there to the service dpt & I receive excellent service for oil changes or vehicle repairs to either of my vehicles. Randy Jackson is a great caring person & gives excellent service & attention to the customers & the vehicles. Aminah in the service dpt is excellent to me too & is awesome @ her job. These 2 are a great asset to this dealership & why I take my vehicles there to be serviced every time I need some car/truck care.

"Perfect!" I had an amazing experience. Our salesman was able to answer all my questions, and helped me understand all the features involved with the vehicle I purchased. He was also able to answer my financing questions quickly. I'd highly recommend buy vehicle from here to anyone!
