Thanks so much Window City. The tilt latches on one of our vinyl windows broke, making it impossible to open. I reached out to Window City and Chris from the parts department got back to me on the replacement parts same day. When I visited their Woodbridge location to pick up the parts, reception was so helpful, located Chris who gave me two sets of latches at no charge! Amazing place. Thank you Chris and Window City.
Excellent service, reliable, perfect timing and highly responsive and robust window Company. We ordered all our windows and patio door from window city. Ray helped us with our order and he was knowledgeable, caring and professional. He advised us about all the details that can affect cost, production time, OBC or even design of windows.
