We have been customers of Window City since 2009. We replaced nearly all of our windows at that time. A decade or so later, we have needed to have minor replacements to latches and other small parts on 2 separate occasions. Our contact each time was Chris at Window City. We found him to be very helpful. He was quick to respond and helped us obtain the parts we needed. He provided any instructions we needed on how to install the parts and made sure we were good to go.
Chris was great, he responded to my email within the hour. I needed to replace the slider locks on my window: he not only provided the parts but took the time to explain how to install them. I would definitely recommend their customer service.
Chris was quick to respond to my questions through email in regards to parts that I needed for windows that were purchased a few years ago. He was very helpful and saved me an hour drive to pick the parts and sent them directly. I would highly recommend Window City, they give great service and stand by their product!! Ken Cowle

I contacted Chris by telephone and provided him with all the information and pictures of our windows. He was super courteous and understood exactly what we needed. I provided him with the appropriate envelopes with postage and he promptly sent us all the necessary parts. We had them installed this weekend and the windows are working smoothly.
