We actually opted to cancel our contract, because we decided against using replacement windows. That choice shouldn't reflect on Jeff Klein our sales rep, nor anyone at WN. We thought Jeff, and his sales manager Chuck Olson, did a fine job of presenting the product and representing WN.
Travis was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything very carefully and made sure all my questions were answered.
Randy was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable about the market, products, and installation process.
The presentation was informative and professional. Not a high pressure sale as can happen in these situations. Overall good experience.
