Noticed a problem and contacted my sales rep at 4:30 pm, which he acknowledged and said customer support would contact me. I was expecting a call the next business day but got a call at 6:30 pm and the tech walked me through the problem so I could fix it. As you can see from my ratings I think every aspect was great, right from the beginning. Joe, sales rep was great. The tech who did measurements was great. The two installers were great. The follow up by customer support was fantastic.
