From the initial meeting with Joe N to the installation, everything was fabulous. We had one ripped screen at installation but that was replace within 4 weeks. We could not be happier with the whole process.

We actually opted to cancel our contract, because we decided against using replacement windows. That choice shouldn't reflect on Jeff Klein our sales rep, nor anyone at WN. We thought Jeff, and his sales manager Chuck Olson, did a fine job of presenting the product and representing WN.
