Hi, we had Alexa for a salesman he was very thorough very kind and very patient as far as going over the timing, the price and the quality of the Window in the quality of the installation it’s unfortunate that the company doesn’t honor the price that he gives you upfront unless you sign for work order that day, it leaves us very little time to sleep on our decision to move forward with window replacement.
