I can only speak to the sales representative, Matt. He was very friendly and personable and knowledgeable. He answered all of our question to make sure we had all the necessary information to make an informed decision. I can’t speak to installation or product quality yet as we haven’t done the installation. But I personally prefer a family owned business that stand by their product vs. a commercial chain that outsources installers.
