A friend encouraged me to call Window Nation and I am glad I did. They were able to come in 1 day. Design Consultant Nick Badolato showed up on time. He discussed various options with me. Showed me samples. I was impressed with the product and the work that will be done and I decided to get the windows. The level of professionalism was unmatched. He was very clear as he explained everything to me. Patient with all of my questions. I am happy with the customer service.
Nick Badolato did a very thorough presentation without a funky sales pitch. It was enough to get the sale & I cancelled my other appts.
We met with Nick at our home. He was very knowledgeable and took his time with us. He made great recommendations for our needs and wants. Nick answered all our questions and my wife and I felt comfortable with him. We would definitely recommend Nick.

I appreciated how he made sure to touch on certain points to differentiate the company and product without being too “salesy.” I felt he knew the product well and about the competition. I had concerns since it would be my first time having to go through my community’s HOA approval process, but Dae talked through that and assured me he could be a support and accessible if I had any challenges.
