My expirence with Mark was awesome he took me through everything from the frame of the windows to the ceiling up the windows bringing me outside and inside the house showing me what's going to be done. The windows that's going to replace what I already have. He even showed me how the cold can stay outside and the hear inside I was really impressed. Matt, our sales consultant, was very nice, friendly, and prompt. He did a great job of explaining everything and was very accommodating to what we needed. Ultimately, we did end up deciding to not move through with our deal due to the cost of the product compared to other quotes we have received, but this is no fault of Matt's- simply just the cost structure of Window Nation.
