It was a great experience, your sales rep Ken Fulton arrived at my house a good 10 minutes earlier then scheduled appointment. Which to me is very impressive. Once in my home he was very professional and could not have been more knowledgeable about the windows from colors to material or types. Because of him I purchased the windows.
