Dave was very professional and informative about all of the features of the windows. He was very knowledgeable and explained all aspects of the windows. We were not prepared to make a decision as we just started discussing doing windows and had no idea what it might cost. I believe that making these decisions takes some time to discuss and then decide what you wish to do. I recommend if you are ready to make that decision on the spot, Dave is definitely the person to talk to.

The person that came out to give me information for new windows was very knowledgeable. He had samples of products and an actual window so you can see exactly what you are getting. The construction of the window is very durable. He showed a heat lamp and a tester that showed the thermal quality of the windows. The windows will be great for my house. I am glad I called them.
