Overall our experience with Cory was great. He was well educated on the product and competitors. He answered questions thoroughly, and he felt genuine. We didn’t feel pushed into purchasing, and we trust that we’ve made a solid investment decision. Our only note would be to have your operators provide a more accurate length of time for the estimate process. We were told it would be an hour, so we scheduled the process for the evening. Brian explained everything good! We have not received an email showing the amount we paid and what we are getting! We also asked about the $100 gift card the lady on the phone said we would receive and nobody seems to know anything about it!
