I was disappointed in their service and yet they still rate themselves with 5 stars - not acknowledging my 1-star rating. I received an automated reply, asking me to call and discuss. When I called, they told me they aren't sure why my review wouldn't have posted. I think it is misleading to show only 5-star ratings and deceptive business practices. The salesman was excellent, pleasant, and knowledgeable. However we need time to think about it and we are not sure about the color. While we appreciate him we do not like your customer service practices
He was very pleasant, very knowledgeable and not pushy. He was excellent and I would talk with him again and possibly purchase from him. However I don't"t like your customer service practices

Cory did a great job very thorough and inspected my windows and found where water was able to get in through my windows. Needless to say we went ahead and ordered the windows asap. Great service can’t wait.
