Nicole Freburg was friendly and professional! I really appreciated how she was knowledgable and confident in Window Nation, its products, and perks, but not pushy. We felt very comfortable and trusting with Nicole. It felt like she really knew what we wanted and needed and wasn’t going to try to upsell us on something we didn’t want or need. Elizabeth was GREAT!! She explained everything clearly, and answered every question we had. Lots of patience as we digested the information. on Window Nation and our particular windows. We were so impressed with Elizabeth’s presentation and demonstration that we decided to add 3 more windows to our order, to complete our main floor, while she was bringing in some samples. My experience with Window Nation was flawless from making the appointment, a great sales consultation with Nic and a quick turnaround with installers who had good attention to detail.
