Nic was so easy to work with! She explained the differences in the types of windows, the levels of argon gas and the locking features on the windows. The 90 minutes spent with Nic were so nice as she went through the warranty and heat demonstration. I had another company come out to give an estimate and as you can tell, I didn’t go with them. From the initial call to get the appointment scheduled to when Nicole came out to meet with us was amazing. Nicole was very polite and talked about all the warranty information that she knew we were concerned with. The best part was when she actually showed us with the heat light of how well the window’s do.
Nic was punctual, which is refreshing for a change! She provided all the information and more for us to make an educated decision. We found the value to be better than others we met with.
