Jamie was my first contact as the sales rep. She was super engaged, very knowledgeable of WN products and was not at all a hard sell pusher. She literally sold me on the prduct, all 10 windows and 2 patio doors. Next contact was Shentell, as the customer service agent. Great presentation
Paul Chaput was excellent and very professional in his presentation of Milgard windows. We understood the brand of windows and installations. We will be excited to have them installed soon.
Allen came by and presented the product very thoroughly and well. I felt no pressure to buy, but was extremely tempted. He was very professional and nice.
The team was very professional in every aspect of performing their job. They were on time , great communication, craftsmanship was spot on and there clean up at the end of the day was impeccable. You couldn’t ask for a better experience .
